Deluxe ZIP+4 ZIP Code Database

Per User – number of users up to X users (up to 25 users). Larger quantities of User licensing are POA (Points of Access). In this entitlement model, data usage is limited to a desktop deployment, or a specific internal use application installed on a server. User pricing should not be used for data that is exposed externally.
