After living in Piedmont for over 41 years, I've never heard of 94620 (no post office in Piedmont, so not sure how it got a PO Box zip), or any others you list other than 94610 or 94611. I've always used usps.com and gotten the appropriate ZIP Code - by using the address. Guess that's the difference.

After about twenty minutes it became reasonably clear that there was nothing remotely approaching the level of detail provided in your US ZIP Code database by any of your competitors.
